The Acu-Rite 1010W Professional Wireless Weather Center features a stronger signal for the outdoor sensor that works on the enhanced 433 MHz signal. This stronger signal allows the weather data to sent through walls and distances of up to 330 feet. An indicator on the display shows the signal strength so you know for certain if the most accurate and up to date measurements are being seen on the screen. The indoor and outdoor temperature in both Fahrenheit and Celsius are displayed with trend arrows, a "Feels Like" temperature and historical data for quick reference. The indoor and outdoor humidity is also displayed with the heat index and dew point along with the stored historical data. A patented 12-24 hour future forecaster self-calibrates for your altitude and brings you 14 different icons to let you know the future weather conditions so you can plan your day with confidence. The barometric pressure is stored with historical data. The wind direction with compass and arrow, speed and chill are also displayed on the screen with the current, gust and average wind speeds. And a self emptying rain gauge gives a very accurate measurement of the rainfall.
